English Activities (+More English)
It takes a lot of practice to learn a new language. Therefore, besides studying English, you need to be in environments where you can use your English. For this reason, it is very important that you question how much the institution where you will be studying provides you with this opportunity. As American LIFE Language Schools, we provide you with these environments. And, unlimitedly. We prepare suitable environments for you to improve your language skills with English activity lessons.
You develop your speaking, writing, listening, reading and grammar skills, which are the cornerstones of English, in these activities. These activities do not require an additional fee.
In these activities, which we also call education support classes, our students push their limits when speaking English. As it is known, exams such as the TOEFL and IELTS are entirely based on communication skills. Therefore, our English activities are also very useful for students preparing for these exams.
ENGLISH SPEAKING CLUB – (Speak More)
Speaking English fluently is the primary goal of students. Speaking is one of the most difficult skills to develop when learning a language. Our English speaking club, Speak More, is a speaking class focused on oral production and oral communication. In this course, our students improve their English speaking skills. They also gain fluency in speaking English. Classes are prepared individually according to the level of the students. The goal, of course, is to give them a chance to use and improve their speaking skills. Students convey their thoughts and feelings about the determined topic in different ways during the speech. Thanks to this interaction, not only speaking but also listening skills develop.
ENGLISH WRITING CLUB – (Write More)
Writing skill requires effort just like speaking skill. We designed our English writing club, Write More, to improve students’ writing skills. In the course content, students learn how to write e-mails in English and what to pay attention to in formal and daily correspondence. In addition, they receive training in short story writing, which will improve their literary skills. They even see article and essay formats with high validity in the academic field. In short, this course teaches students a variety of writing formats, such as diary, business, and academic. We aim to improve the written communication skills of American Life students in these areas.
ENGLISH READING CLUB – (Read More)
One of our important goals is that students can understand what they read in English. We want our B2 level students to be able to read a novel. Reading is a goal in itself. On the other hand, studying English improves other skills. So there are two gains with the reading club. Our English reading club, Read More, improves students’ reading ability and vocabulary in various fields. In these courses, we provide students with fun, up-to-date, literary and everyday reading materials suitable for their level and needs. In this way, we provide students with the opportunity to improve their reading skills. Students gain effective comprehension skills from the texts they will encounter in their daily or business lives. Of course, as in other activities, we divide students according to levels.
ENGLISH LISTENING CLUB – (Listen More)
It is also very important to understand what you are listening to. Because while listening to a foreign teacher’s lecture or a presentation in English at a business meeting, you shouldn’t miss a word. Listen More, our English Listening Club in our English Course, is a listening-focused course. In this course, students improve their English listening skills. It also increases their fluency when speaking. In Listening Club, as in other lessons, we consider the CEFR and ART syllabuses. Active listening methods used in the course give students the chance to use and develop their listening skills. Students advance their listening skills through up-to-date listening materials on the identified topic.
ENGLISH GRAMMAR CLUB – (More Grammar)
Learning English through grammar is a wrong method. But not without grammar. While learning a language, it is necessary to have a good command of grammar. Knowing grammar keeps you from making mistakes. It will also appear in exams. We have designed our More Grammar lessons to examine and practice grammatical structures. In this course, we provide students with a deeper perspective on grammatical structures. Of course, we implement the course by following the CEFR and ART curricula. Students are doing remote exercises again. In short, our students gain grammatical structures that they can use in various situations.
AMERICAN LIFE IS GENEROUS IN SUPPORT COURSES

Our students can even participate in the activity classes we organize through distance education. In short, an American LIFE student can study any subject they want every day. American LIFE’s unique education system ensures this.
